1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Global Association for Blockchain and Cryptocurrency (“GABC”, “we”, “our”). By accessing GABC resources, events, or membership services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any policies that are referenced within.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals and organizations that support the responsible adoption of blockchain and digital asset technologies. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted in your application. GABC may approve, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion when compliance or reputational risks are identified.

3. Acceptable Use

Members commit to professional conduct across all GABC platforms and events. You will not use GABC channels for fraudulent fundraising, market manipulation, illicit finance, or dissemination of misleading information. Violations may result in removal from programs or the association without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

GABC retains ownership of its trademarks, program materials, research, and curated content. Members may reference public resources with proper attribution but may not resell, duplicate, or distribute proprietary toolkits without written approval.

5. Disclaimers

GABC is an education and advocacy association and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
All workshops, advisory sessions, and materials are offered on an “as is” basis. Outcomes from member collaboration are the responsibility of the participating parties.
External links or partner programs are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement of third-party offerings or due diligence outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GABC, its officers, founders, and advisors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in association activities. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to GABC within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect regulatory changes, program updates, or operational improvements. Continued use of GABC services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
